Anyway, to answer your question - if you want this image to be related to your fanfiction somehow, you can still LINK to the image made by the original artist in your fanfiction (as a sort of a poster image for it or something) but posting it under your name here without permission is still a violation of rules. Especially since you even edited the original image by adding words on it.
And to reply to the other user about reports - reports are reports and are still being taken in consideration. Especially if the reports also include links to the original images or artist pages. I've seen numerous images being deleted simply because other people reported them with valid reasons; it doesn't always have to be done by the original artist.
